As a banker, one of the capability we should have is networking.

He said that we should avoid traditional networking events almost entirely. The problem is not wether to attend or not, but simply how to make the most such events when we attended?

He had 3 suggestions:
1. Host our own event
2. Double date into a special event that will benefit both parties
3. Reconnect dormant ties

By using those strategies, he said that we might not only deepen our existing relationship but also meeting new connections.
