The discipline of teams, taken from the book Harvard Business Review on Managing People.

There's 5 essential disciplines :
1. Set a meaningful common purpose
2. Set specific performance goals
3. Build a mix of complementary skills
4. Set a strong commitment to how the works get done
5. Set mutual accountability.

To increase performance of the team, the team members :
1. More than just listen
2. Respond constructively
3. Provide support one another
